Crispy salmon with Gruyère cheese

Ingredients (Serves:4)

- 4 boneless salmon loin, sliced ​​almonds 50 g, 50 g  gruyere cheese, 4 teaspoons chopped parsley, extra virgin olive oil COLUMELA, salt and pepper.

 

We start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees heat up and down. In a saucepan drop the salmon covered in extra virgin olive oil COLUMELA, salt and pepper.  
In a bowl mix the almond threaded, grated Gruyere cheese give it out over the backs of salmon covering them completely. Sprinkle parsley and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes depending on the size of the spine. We give them five minutes to grill to brown the surface and were crisp.
