Peas and (smoked) cod cream

Ingredients:

-  500 g of frozen peas, 2 medium potatoes, 1 leek (white part), 100 ml 35% Cream M.G.V, 1 Cod, extra virgin olive oil COLUMELA, salt.

 

 

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces not too large.
We put the pieces together with peas, leeks in a saucepan. We cover water, season and add a trickle of Extra virgin olive oil COLUMELA.
Boil 30 minutes over low heat. Add the cream, stir and tasted of salt. Cook for 5 minutes more. Retired, grind in a blender and then use a colander. Serve the cream on plates, scatter over cod and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil COLUMELA.
